Shipping policy 

  1. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day of successful order
  2. You will receive an email with tracking information from the courier once your order has dispatched.
  3. Delivery for domestic shipping to main areas takes between 2-3 business days. Delivery to outlying areas takes between 3-5 business days.
  4. All shipping related queries should be addressed directly to the courier indicated in your shipping confirmation email. 

Refunds and returns

  1. NO REFUNDS or returns of items purchased, except where there is a material manufacturing defect in the piece which existed at the time of purchase. 
  2. Conditions for return for manufacturing defects
  3. Refunds will be processed at our discretion once we are satisfied the conditions for return have been met.

  5. Returns for items bought online can be returned either in store or shipped to 6 Watson street, Cape Town using a courier of your choice and at your expense. You bear the risk of your selected courier not delivering the goods, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your package and cannot be held responsible for your chosen courier not delivering the package.

Exchange 

  1. All returns and exchange requests are to be emailed to online@theraregallery.com with
  2. Items can be exchanged only where
  3. Exchanges will processed at our discretion once we are satisfied the conditions for exchange have been met. We reserve the right to inspect the items to be in the same condition as they were when delivered and to refuse exchange at our discretion if it is not in the same condition as when sold.
  4. Items must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase
  5. Exchange of items bought online can be returned either in store or shipped to 6 Watson street, Cape Town using a courier of your choice and at your expense. You bear the risk of your selected courier not delivering the goods, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your package and cannot be held responsible for your chosen courier not delivering the package.
  6. Customers will be credited for the exchange amount with store credits to the value of the purchase price of the item exchanged.
